SquadCast, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://squadcast.fm/ website and the SquadCast mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) when you use our Service.
Personal Information. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name and other information we request during the registration process (“Personal Information”). We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

SquadCast, Inc. endeavors to comply with laws, rules and regulations (collectively “Privacy Laws”) of the state of California along with federal Privacy Laws relating to the, maintenance, use and disposition of any applicable to the Personal Information and other data connected with the Services provided by SquadCast, Inc. With respect to Privacy Laws, this is an emerging field globally and SquadCast, Inc. will endeavor to comply as applicable to the Services. We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service. Security. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Children’s Privacy. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any child under the age of 13. We ask that minors (under the age of 13) not use the Service. If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us and request that such information be deleted from our records.
