When are email invitations sent?

Email invitations are sent when you create or edit a new recording session.
Can I add recording sessions to my calendar and send invitations there?

Yes, you even have a few options for adding recording sessions to your calendar. You can use the Add to Calendar feature on your Dashboard. You will also receive email invitations for your sessions and those emails also contain Add to Calendar buttons. You can also copy the invitation link from your Dashboard and create a new event in your calendar and paste the link in the description. Once your recording session is added to your calendar, you can invite your collaborators there like you normally would.
Can participants that I invite join the recording session before or after the scheduled time?

Yes, recording sessions can have a scheduled date and start and end times, but the links and email invitations will work at any time.
