Due to a recent change to the cloud backup recording provider, we are writing to inform you that effective October 5, 2021, all backups recorded before June 18, 2021, will be removed from SquadCast storage and, therefore, your account.

We are writing you this message to give you plenty of time to download all backup files before the removal date.

Please note this only includes backup recordings. All primary recordings will remain available and unchanged as long as your account is active.

Please follow the steps listed in the article below to download your backup recordings.
